目的了解元谋县健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为消除麻疹制定策略提供科学依据。方法采用多层阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取406人用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测麻疹抗体IgG的含量。结果元谋县人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为99.51%,保护率为65.76%,抗体几何平均滴度为1:1314。抗体保护率最高为18月~5岁组,保护率为89.09%,最低为20~34岁组,保护率仅为40.00%。不同年龄组间抗体保护率、平均抗体滴度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别之间抗体保护率、平均抗体滴度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同地区人群抗体保护率、平均抗体滴度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论元谋县健康人群麻疹免疫总体水平已达到消除麻疹应维持在95%以上的要求,但不同年龄组间抗体保护率差异较大,应加强对大年龄组人群的麻疹疫苗强化及8月龄儿童的麻疹疫苗及时接种工作。
Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in healthy population in Yuanmou County and provide a scientific basis for eliminating measles. Methods A total of 406 patients were enrolled in this study. The levels of IgG in measles were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of measles IgG antibody in the population of Yuanmou County was 99.51%, the protection rate was 65.76%, and the geometric mean antibody titer was 1: 1314. The highest antibody protection rate was 18 months to 5 years old, the protection rate was 89.09%, the lowest was 20 ~ 34 years old group, the protection rate was only 40.00%. There were significant differences in antibody protection rates and mean antibody titers between different age groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in antibody protection rate and mean antibody titers between different genders (P> 0.05) The population antibody protection rate, the average antibody titer differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The overall level of measles immunity in healthy population of Yuanmou County has reached the requirement of eliminating measles more than 95%, but there is a big difference between the antibody protection rates of different age groups. It is necessary to strengthen the measles vaccine intensification and 8-month-old children Measles vaccine promptly inoculated.
