缓蚀剂的作用机理与缓蚀剂分子在金属表面形成的自组装单分子膜及其作用密切相关。利用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)可以实时、原位、三维实空间观察原子/分子的技术优势,在分子水平上认识金属 缓蚀剂之间的相互作用,对于金属腐蚀科学的理论研究具有十分重要的意义。本文简要介绍了STM对部分常用金属表面有机缓蚀剂自组装单分子膜的结构、分子取向、晶面结构效应等方面的最新研究进展。
The mechanism of corrosion inhibitor is closely related to the self-assembled monolayer formed by corrosion inhibitor molecule on metal surface and its function. Using scanning tunneling microscope (STM) to observe the atomic / molecular technical advantages in real time, in situ and three-dimensional real space and understand the interaction between metal corrosion inhibitors at the molecular level is very important for the theoretical study of the science of metal corrosion significance. In this paper, the latest research progress on the structure, molecular orientation and crystal structure effects of STM on the self-assembled monolayers of organic corrosion inhibitor on metal surface are briefly introduced.
