目的研究正常结膜组织、原发性和复发性翼状胬肉组织中转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)和结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)的表达,探讨翼状胬肉的发病机制。方法采用免疫组化法检测10例正常结膜组织、30例原发性和20例复发性翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF表达情况,Spearman等级相关分析翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF阳性表达间关系。结果正常结膜组织中TGF-β和CTGF没有或轻度表达。翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF的表达均明显高于正常对照组,差异有显著性意义(χ2=7.593,χ2=13.187,P<0.01)。原发性翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF阳性表达分别为66.7%和70.0%,复发性翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF阳性表达分别为80%和85%。翼状胬肉组织中TGF-β和CTGF阳性表达间存在显著正相关(r=0.4,P<0.01)。结论TGF-β和CTGF在翼状胬肉中高表达,提示这两种细胞因子可能参与了翼状胬肉的发生、发展过程。
Objective To study the expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in normal conjunctiva, primary and recurrent pterygium. Pterygium pathogenesis. Methods The expression of TGF-β and CTGF in 10 cases of normal conjunctiva, 30 cases of primary and 20 cases of recurrent pterygium were detected by immunohistochemistry. The levels of TGF-β and CTGF in pterygium were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation Positive expression of the relationship between. Results In normal conjunctival tissues, TGF-β and CTGF were not expressed or mildly expressed. The expression of TGF-β and CTGF in the pterygium was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (χ2 = 7.593, χ2 = 13.187, P <0.01). The positive expressions of TGF-β and CTGF in primary pterygium were 66.7% and 70.0%, respectively. The positive expressions of TGF-β and CTGF in recurrent pterygium were 80% and 85% respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of TGF-β and CTGF in pterygium (r = 0.4, P <0.01). Conclusion TGF-β and CTGF are highly expressed in the pterygium, suggesting that these two cytokines may be involved in the genesis and development of pterygium.
