心电图是心血管疾病的首要诊断方法。因其价格便宜、可信度高且无创,已经成为临床上最重要、应用最普遍的检查手段。在医学教育中,心电图的教学已经越来越重要了。但因其波形多变、时间和振幅多异,学生在学习过程中普遍反映其理论难懂、图形难辨、特点难记。特别是实习生在心电图室实习时间短,掌握的内容多,如何充分利用有限的时间将学生带进心电图学知识的大门,这是每一位带教教师不断实践、探索的一个课题。几年来,结合心电图的特点,在带教过程中灵活运用几种快速记忆方法,使实习生明显提高了学习效率,达到了事半功倍的效果。
ECG is the primary diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Because of its cheap price, high reliability and non-invasive, has become the most clinically important and most commonly used means of inspection. In medical education, the teaching of ECG has become more and more important. However, due to its changing waveform, the time and amplitude vary, the students generally reflect the learning process difficult to understand the theory, difficult to distinguish graphics, features hard to remember. In particular, intern trainees in the ECG room for a short time to master more content, how to make full use of limited time to bring students to the door of the knowledge of electrocardiology, which is every teacher teaching practice, exploration of a subject.
