目的:观察羚羊角胶囊对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血压变异性、脉压和左心室质量的影响。方法:选择78例单纯收缩期老年高血压患者,在服用苯那普利基础上服用羚羊角胶囊4个月,比较治疗前、后24h收缩压、舒张压、脉压、左心室质量的变化。结果:服羚羊角胶囊4个月后24h及日间收缩压变异性、舒张压变异性、夜间收缩压变异性、24h及日间平均压变异性明显降低(P<0.05)、脉压缩小(P<0.05)、左心室质量在加服羚羊角胶囊后明显下降(P<0.05),24h收缩压和舒张压有下降趋势但差异无显著性。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上加用羚羊角胶囊更有助于平稳、持续安全降压,缩小脉压,更好保护靶器官。
Objective: To observe the effect of Antelope angle capsule on blood pressure variability, pulse pressure and left ventricular mass in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Methods: Seventy-eight elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension were enrolled in this study. After taking benazepril for 4 months, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and left ventricular mass were compared before and after treatment. Results: After 4 months, the systolic pressure variability, diastolic variability and nocturnal systolic blood pressure variability of serving antelope angle capsule decreased significantly at 24h and daytime (P <0.05) P <0.05). Left ventricular mass decreased significantly (P <0.05) after appearing antelope horn capsule, while systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased at 24h, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion: The addition of Antelope angle capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine is more conducive to stable, sustained and safe blood pressure, reduce pulse pressure and better protect target organs.
