采用局部浅拉深成形实验模拟双向预拉伸,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立双向预拉伸模型,分析应力比、主拉伸量对残余应力的影响,得到仿真模拟双向预拉伸的相对优化的参数。通过平面应变实验,确定了实验拉伸消除淬火残余应力的参数;通过ARAMIS测量应变,用X射线衍射仪测量残余应力,验证了有限元模拟的有效性。结果表明在主预拉伸量为2.0%,应力比为0.45时,对淬火后残余应力的消减最好。
The biaxial prestretch was simulated by the local shallow deep drawing experiment. The biaxial pretensioning model was established based on the finite element software ABAQUS. The influence of stress ratio and main stretch on the residual stress was analyzed. The relative optimization of biaxial pretension parameter. Through the plane strain experiment, the experimental parameters of quenching and quenching residual stress were determined. The strain was measured by ARAMIS and the residual stress was measured by X-ray diffractometer. The effectiveness of finite element simulation was verified. The results show that when the main pre-stretch is 2.0% and the stress ratio is 0.45, the residual stress after quenching is the best.
