利用扫描电子显微镜对铸轧PS1060版铝板基气道缺陷进行分析,并通过工业试验进行缺陷产生原因的验证。结果表明,铸轧PS1060版铝板基气道缺陷产生的主要原因是Ti的团聚。除此之外,除氢效果和熔体洁净度不好,导致熔体中气多、渣多,与TiB2沉积相互作用,加剧了TiB2的团聚。
The scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze the airway defects of cast-rolled PS1060 aluminum plate, and the cause of defects was verified by industrial tests. The results show that the main reason for the airbag defects in cast-rolled PS1060 aluminum plate is the agglomeration of Ti. In addition, the de-hydrogen effect and the poor cleanliness of the melt lead to more gas in the melt, more slag and interaction with the TiB2 deposition, aggravating the agglomeration of TiB2.
