采取高效液相色谱法,测定唾液氨茶碱浓度,研究了藏、汉族健康志愿者氨茶碱半衰期(T1/2)和消除速率常数(K)的差异;以及高原区藏族人氨茶碱的T1/2和K。14例藏族人氨茶碱T1/2为8.12±2.10h,K为0.0898±0.031(h ̄-1);13例汉族人氨茶碱T1/2为8.71±2.44h,K为0.0858±0.0277(h ̄-1)。9例高原区藏族人氨茶碱T1/2为9.50±3.09(h) ̄-1,K为0.0829±0.0386(h ̄-1)。实验结果表明,藏、汉两民族氨茶碱T1/2及K无明显差异,居住高原地区不影响氨茶碱代谢。
To determine the aminophylline half-life (T1 / 2) and elimination rate constant (K) in Tibetans and Han nationality healthy volunteers by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) T1 / 2 and K. The aminophylline T1 / 2 in 14 Tibetans was 8.12 ± 2.10 hours and K was 0.0898 ± 0.031 (h ~ -1). The aminophylline T1 / 2 in 13 Han people was 8.71 ± 2.44h, K is 0.0858 ± 0.0277 (h ~ -1). Nine cases of Tibetan aminophylline T1 / 2 in the plateau were 9.50 ± 3.09 (h) ~ -1, K was 0.0829 ± 0.0386 (h ~ -1). The experimental results show that Tibet and Han both aminophylline T1 / 2 and K no significant difference in the living plateau does not affect the metabolism of aminophylline.
