新课程改革实验进行到今天,我们的教学理念不断更新,课堂教学也随之不断地发生改变。在各类公开课中,教师巧妙的教学设计、精彩纷呈的多媒体技术,都让我们的语文课堂热闹非凡,专家们也是好评如潮。然而课后冷静地思考,却发现这样一个现象:课堂发言的总是这么几个学生,大多数学生在课堂上沦为看客、听众,这些学生在课堂上又学到了些什么呢?我相信,在长达40分钟的课堂上,只是偶尔集体读读书,或在所谓的小组里低语几句,这样的学习,无论你的设计多么的好,也会让学生如坐针毡,浑身不自在。让学生失去兴趣的语文课堂又何谈它的实效性呢?要改变这种局面,必须在语文课堂教学中努力为学生创造条件,创设学习情境,提供实践舞台,让他们自主学习、主动探究,真正落实学生的学习主体地位,提高学生的课堂参与度,从而提高语文课堂的实效性,让每个学生都能从课堂上有所收获。
