当前,教育的功能由传统训练学生的记忆能力,转变为重点训练学生的信息采集能力;由选拔培养尖子人才的教育转变为充分发展学生的个性,促进学生全面发展的素质教育。素质教育的最终目标是培养和训练学生的创新能力、实践能力和创造能力。师生关系应向伙伴关系转换,学生成为探究与信息加工的主体,教师则从传统知识的传授者和灌输者角色转变为学生学习的指导者,课程的开发者、群体的协作者、探究性问题的设计者。为此,本文详细研究了新形势下中学信息技术教育,具有深刻的理论意义和广泛的实际应用。
