目的通过HIV检测结果对孕妇妊娠结局选择的影响分析,进一步了解孕妇对HIV检测结果与选择继续妊娠与否的理解水平,从而为开展艾滋病防治健康教育,宣传国家孕产妇艾滋病相关政策提供有效信息。方法对2011年4月1日-6月30日期间来本院接受首次产前检查的867名孕妇进行问卷调查。结果年龄、婚姻建立与否、文化程度、孕周、HIV母婴传播率、艾滋病相关知识获得等均对HIV检测结果的理解和是否选择继续妊娠及妊娠结局有明显的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄≥31岁、在婚、大专以上学历、孕周≥28周时选择结束妊娠的比率高;年龄<24岁、未婚、高中或中专学历、孕周<13周者选择继续妊娠的比率高;艾滋病相关知识获得的程度与孕妇选择妊娠结局呈相关性;母婴传播率的高低对妊娠结局有直接影响。
Objective To analyze the influence of HIV test results on pregnant women’s pregnancy outcome and to understand the pregnant women’s understanding of HIV test results and the choice of continuing pregnancy so as to provide effective information for AIDS prevention and control health education and publicity on the national maternal HIV / AIDS related policies. Methods A total of 867 pregnant women who received the first antenatal examination in our hospital from April 1 to June 30, 2011 were surveyed. Results Age, marital establishment or not, education level, gestational age, mother-to-child transmission rate of HIV and AIDS-related knowledge acquisition all had significant effects on the understanding of HIV test results and on the choice of continuing pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Age ≥31 years old, marriage, college education, gestational age ≥28 weeks, select the end of pregnancy rate is high; age <24 years, unmarried, high school or secondary education, gestational weeks <13 weeks choose to continue the pregnancy rate High; the degree of AIDS-related knowledge acquisition and pregnant women choose pregnancy outcome was correlated; the level of mother-to-child transmission of pregnancy outcomes have a direct impact.
