针对太阳方阵模拟器母线建立时间过长造成的部分星上设备启动异常从而严重影响到整星测试的安全性和可靠性的问题,分析其产生的原因,通过实施减少上电分阵数量、增加单阵设置电流数值和缩短测试电缆长度等三项对策,研究制定出一套能够应对不同测试环境的快速建立母线的方法。
Aiming at the problem that the part of the on-board equipment caused by the too long establishment time of the solar phalanx simulator bus has seriously affected the safety and reliability of the whole-satellite test, the reason for the problem is analyzed. By reducing the number of power- Increase the number of single array to set the current value and shorten the length of the test cable and other three countermeasures to develop a set of able to respond to different test environments to quickly establish the bus method.
