发生泄漏扩散是低温乙烯罐事故危害的重要原因之一,因此建立低温乙烯罐泄漏扩散的动态模型是正确评估低温乙烯罐区周围危险性的主要内容。本文在分析Pasquill-Gifford模型和DEGADIS模型等各种气体泄漏扩散数学模型的基础上,结合低温乙烯泄漏扩散动态过程的特点,以及重力作用和水平风速对乙烯扩散的影响,采用包含几种扩散模型的ALOHA模拟软件,对天津某乙烯罐和油罐共建区由于乙烯扩散泄漏造成的危险性进行了模拟分析。结果表明,对乙烯罐泄漏实施监测并与可能出现明火区域实现防火预警联动可有效地降低低温乙烯罐泄漏扩散所引起爆炸的危险性。
