目的用模糊数学方法对冶炼厂职业病危害因素进行综合评价。方法选取某冶炼厂烧结、熔炼、电解、精馏4个车间,对各车间粉尘、铅、砷、镉、二氧化硫、噪声进行监测,对监测结果进行数据整理,采用模糊数学方法进行评估。结果该冶炼厂4个车间及全厂的职业病危害因素综合评价均为Ⅱ级(良)。结论应用模糊数学方法对企业职业病危害因素进行综合评价,可以同时评价和比较不同危害种类的企业,为企业的职业病防治工作提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of occupational diseases in smelters by fuzzy mathematical method. Methods The soot, lead, arsenic, cadmium, sulfur dioxide and noise in each workshop were selected from four smelters in sintering, smelting, electrolysis and rectification. The data of the monitoring results were collected and evaluated by fuzzy mathematics method. Results The comprehensive evaluation of occupational hazards in the four workshops and the whole plant of the smelter was grade Ⅱ (good). Conclusions The fuzzy mathematics method is used to evaluate the enterprise occupational hazards comprehensively, and the enterprises with different kinds of hazards can be simultaneously evaluated and compared to provide basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises.
