在职培训是企业最常用的人力资本投资方式,企业通过对员工提供培训,可以提升其人力资本存量,使企业经济效益得到提高。但是企业与企业、企业与员工之间存在人力资本投资的双重博弈。企业应采取投资成本共担、协议约束等措施,促进最优均衡组合解的实现,以获取人力资本投资的收益。
On-the-job training is the most commonly used mode of human capital investment in enterprises. By providing training to employees, enterprises can enhance their stock of human capital and enhance their economic benefits. However, there exists a double game between human capital investment in enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and employees. Enterprises should take such measures as sharing of investment cost and restriction of agreement, and promote the realization of the optimal equilibrium combination solution so as to obtain the benefit of human capital investment.
