目的:对当前全市120院前急救与我院院内急救衔接的现状进行分析。方法:对我院院内急救队伍中成员的个人水平、工龄,以及120院前急救与我院院内急救的衔接现状、存在的问题等内容进行分析。结果:我院院内急救的工作人员平均年龄为41岁,平均工龄为8年,院内急救人员具有较高水准,但是当前我市120院前急救与院内急救衔接中存在病例“断链”、管理制度不够完善等问题,不利于患者的及时治疗。结论:当前我市在120院前急救和我院院内急救的衔接过程中,存在着一些问题和不足,为患者的及时治疗和康复带来了一定的风险,对120院前急救和我院院内急救进行优化和建设,能够为患者争取更多的时间,为患者的有效治疗和康复奠定良好的基础。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the present situation of the connection between the first hospital emergency in our hospital and the hospital first aid in our hospital. Methods: To analyze the personal level and length of service of members of first aid team in our hospital as well as the status quo of the connection between first aid in hospital and the first aid in our hospital and existing problems. Results: The average number of first aid workers in our hospital was 41 and the average length of service was 8 years. There was a high level of first aid workers in our hospital. However, , Management system is not perfect and other issues, is not conducive to the timely treatment of patients. Conclusion: At present, there are some problems and shortcomings in the connection between first aid in our hospital and inpatient first aid in our hospital, which brings some risks to the timely treatment and rehabilitation of patients. First aid for optimization and construction, to patients for more time, for the effective treatment and rehabilitation of patients and lay a good foundation.
