基于航海类高职院校学生及班级管理的特点及困境,从加强学生的思想道德教育,帮助学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观;培养班级学生干部和完善班级各项规章制度;培养优良的学风;针对不同层次的学生情况用不同的方法做思想工作等方面提出了具体的建议和对策。 Based on the characteristics and difficulties of students and class management in higher vocational colleges of navigation, we should strengthen students’ ideological and moral education to help them establish a correct outlook on the world, their outlook on life and their values. They should also train their class leaders and improve their rules and regulations. The style of study; put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures for different levels of students to do ideological work in different ways.
