文章研究了用PTMG(聚四氢呋喃)、TD(I甲苯二异氰酸酯),并用氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-1110)封端合成PU(聚氨酯)胶黏剂。在合成过程中采用其他相关条件不变,仅改变封端率来制的系列胶膜,测试了胶膜的吸水率、力学性能、耐热性能。同时还运用透射电镜、红外光谱对所合成的材料进行了表征,实验结果表明:可知PU胶黏剂中已成功地引入了硅链节,较佳的封端率为5%~10%。
The article investigates the synthesis of PU (polyurethane) adhesives capped with PTMG (polytetrahydrofuran), TD (I toluene diisocyanate) and aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (A-1110). In the synthesis process using other relevant conditions remain unchanged, only changing the sealing rate to the system of series of film, the film tested the water absorption, mechanical properties, heat resistance. At the same time, the synthesized materials were also characterized by transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the silica chain segment has been successfully introduced into PU adhesive, and the best sealing ratio is 5% ~ 10%.
