王××,女,26岁,农民,住院号63321。患者于入院前半个月无明显诱因左眼突然看不见上方物体,视力逐渐下降,2天后即看不见眼前物体而来我院眼科求治。门诊以“左眼原发性视网膜脱离”为诊断于1985年7月28日收入院。入院检查:全身未见异常。眼部检查:视力:右眼0.04/0.2,左眼:15厘米指数。双眼前节均未见异常。右眼玻璃体混浊(+),眼底用-30D可见呈高度近视改变。左眼玻璃体呈棕色点状混浊(+++),眼底用-30D可见视神经乳头界清,色淡红。用-4D可见视神经乳头下方约2PD以下 Wang × ×, female, 26 years old, farmer, hospital number 63321.
