在物理方法雄性避孕实验研究中,需要测量睾丸温度、体心与睾丸的温差及加热下的睾丸温度。我们用铜—康铜作热电偶材料,用环氧树脂作绝缘和封固材料,将热偶封固于6号医用注射针中,使热偶接点位于针尖处。注射针起固定、支持和辅助穿刺作用。用光点反射式检流计作二次仪表。在冰点及体温上(37℃)用精密水银温度计校准,用线性函数分度并外推至50℃左右。
