The under-forest economy is a new-born thing emerged in the field of agricultural production in recent years. It makes full use of the land resources under forest and the superiority of forest to engage in three-dimensional compound production and management such as plantation and breeding in the forest so that resources can be shared among the various industries Complementarity, recycling, co-ordinate the development of eco-agricultural model. The development of under-forest economy will not only make the pockets of peasants bulge up, but also solve the problem of waste of resources caused by the large area of idle land under forests. At the same time, peasants can obtain benefits in a relatively short period of time after contracting forest land, avoiding the problem of long-term lack of benefits due to the long-term growth cycle of trees. The development of under-forest economy can play the industrialization effect of recent profit-making, long-term acquisition of forestry, long-term integration, short supplement and long-term coordination and coordinated development so that the forestry industry will be greatly expanded from simply utilizing forest resources to forest resources and forest land resources The connotation of forestry industrialization, is a comprehensive manifestation of ecological, economic and social benefits, with broad prospects for development. In order to encourage the development of economic under-forests, relevant incentives have been promulgated by governments at all levels in our region, and the enthusiasm of peasants has been greatly enhanced. A good situation has emerged in the region that “when the mountains are cultivated, the forests are cultivated.”
