在汽轮机的焊接结构中,以 ZG20CrMo和 ZG20CrMoV 两种耐热钢较多,一般用来制造长期工作温度在500℃左右的汽轮机汽缸、隔板、阀壳等零件。多年来一直采用手工电弧焊和少量的埋弧自动焊方法,每焊一层需清理焊渣;同时因耐热钢是易淬硬钢,焊前均需预热,所以焊工的劳动强度大,生产效率低。CO_2保护焊如能用于耐热钢焊接,对改善焊工劳动条件,提高生产率是很有前途的。
