通过改变锌源中SiO_2的添加量,研究了Zn源的变化对产物形貌和光致发光性能的影响,并探讨了产物的生长机理。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、室温光致发光谱(PL)等对产物形貌和性质进行了表征。SEM结果表明产物形貌经历了从铅笔状到钉状再到棒状的变化过程。XRD结果说明所有产物沿c轴择优生长。PL表明产物绿光发射峰相对较强,紫外发射峰相对较弱。锌源电镜照片及锌源的残余物照片表明SiO_2粉的加入改变了锌源的蒸发速率。
The effect of Zn source on the morphology and photoluminescence properties of the product was investigated by changing the amount of SiO 2 added in the zinc source. The growth mechanism of the product was also discussed. The morphology and properties of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and room temperature photoluminescence (PL). SEM results showed that the morphology of the product underwent a change from pencil-like to spiked to rod-shaped. XRD results indicate that all products preferentially grow along the c axis. PL shows that the green emission peak of the product is relatively strong and the UV emission peak is relatively weak. Electron micrographs of the zinc source and the remnants of the zinc source photograph show that the addition of SiO 2 powder changes the evaporation rate of the zinc source.
