我矿φ2700×3600、φ2100×2200、φ900×1500格子型球磨机,原来都由供油系统滑润,供油系统发生故障时,电器保护装置使其停车。由于它往往失灵造成球磨机缺油运转,烧坏合金轴瓦。我矿改用二硫化钼固体润滑剂润滑球磨机中空轴,先后用了七种配方,作了近百次试验,找到了二硫化钼粉剂60％、石腊40％的较好配方。这种配方不用进口的蒙旦腊,原料来源广、价格低。现将情况叙述如下。
