当前,许多企业建立了形式各异的“智囊团”机构。从实践结果来看,大多没有起到现代化企业中“智囊团”应有的作用。究其原因,主要是设立“智囊团”的指导思想不对头,走形式;没有高度重视并加强领导;人员选配不当。怎样正确充分发挥“智囊团”的作用呢?笔者有这样一些看法:
At present, many companies have established “think tank” institutions of various forms. Judging from the practical results, most of them did not play the role that “think tanks” in modern companies should have. The reason for this is mainly that the guiding ideology for setting up a “think tank” is not correct and takes the form; there is no high priority and leadership is strengthened; and personnel selection is improper.
