本文研究鹧鸪菜微小组织块再生特性及其组织块再生苗附绳育苗养成技术。在组织块的切口处几乎每个细胞都具有分生能力。组织块的大小以 50~100个细胞左右为宜,这样大小的组织块再生植株数和再生率均表现出最高值。培养液的最适比重是1.015。培养液中添加5~50ppm壳多糖均能不同程度地促进组织块的再生能力。组织块的附绳固着率以100ppm壳多糖浸泡网绳培养结果最佳。组织块附绳后,在培养箱内平面静止培养15~20天,再生苗肉眼可见,再移养到较大水体水簇箱内冲气培养一个月左右,可成长为自然大小的成体。
In this paper, the regeneration characteristics of the tiny tissue pieces of the canon and the tissue culture of the regenerated seedlings are studied. Almost every cell at the incision in a tissue block has meristematic ability. The size of the tissue block is about 50 to 100 cells, so the number of regenerated plants and the regeneration rate of the tissue block of the same size shows the highest value. The best proportion of culture medium is 1.015. The addition of 5 ~ 50ppm chitosan in the culture medium can promote the regenerative capacity of the tissue pieces to varying degrees. Tissue fixation rate of attached rope to 100ppm chitin soaked net rope culture best. Tissue block attached to the rope in the incubator plane stationary culture 15 to 20 days, the naked eye can be seen, and then moved to a larger body of water within the water tank cultured for about a month, can grow into a natural size of the adult.
