报告用物理学基本概念,对60例不同心脏病人的左心室的总能量、搏出功及压力-容积环进行分析。结果表明,心脏是个节能型器官,正常心室的总能量较低,能量效率最高;血流动力学异常时心脏代偿的结果是总能量增加,而维持搏出功相对稳定,这种代偿是以消耗能量贮备为代价的。认为SWJ能反映搏出功,TEI和EE是定量评价心脏贮备能力的客观指标。压力-容积环的位移和变形可以非常直观而准确地反映出这些指标。这些对于评价亚临床期患者的心功能极有意义。
