新课程倡导学习方式由接受式学习转变为创造性学习,这就要求教师必须从传授知识的角色向学习促进者的角色转变。在传统教育模式下,教师是知识的唯一拥有者,学生是知识的接受者。教师拥有至上的权利,学生要在教师的控制和监督下学习,教学进程、结果和质量等,都由教师负责,教学的任务和责任就是彻底地“应试”和接受评定。新课程改革适应了信息网络时代的要求,教师的角色不再主要是信息的传播者、讲授者或组织良好的知识体系的呈现者,其主要职能已转变为学习知识
The new curriculum advocates the transformation of learning style from accepted learning to creative learning, which requires that teachers must change their role from imparting knowledge to learning facilitators. In the traditional education model, teachers are the sole owner of knowledge and students are the recipients of knowledge. Teachers have the supreme right, the students should learn under the control and supervision of the teachers, the teaching process, the results and the quality are all teachers. The tasks and responsibilities of the teaching are thoroughly “examination ” and accept the assessment. The new curriculum reform has adapted to the requirements of the information network era. The teacher’s role is no longer mainly the disseminator of information, the lecturer, or the presenter of a well-organized knowledge system, whose main functions have been transformed into learning knowledge
