目的:探讨加味调味承气汤对脓毒症大鼠肠粘膜二胺氧化酶(DAO)、降钙素原(PCT)表达的影响。方法:将40只SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、加味调味承气汤治疗组和西药对照组,每组各10只,除空白对照组外,其余各组构建为脓毒血症模型。加味调味承气汤治疗组每日灌服加味调味承气汤水煎液,西药对照组注射地塞米松每日注射0.5mg/kg,每日1次,空白组和模型灌服生理盐水。在实验后24h、48h、72h分别采取腹主动脉血通过双抗体夹心酶标免疫分析法检测血清DAO、双抗体免疫层析法检测血清PCT。结果:模型组DAO、PCT在24h、48h、72h表达明显高于空白组,治疗组血清DAO、PCT值在治疗后24h、48h、72h较西药对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味调味承气汤可降低脓毒症大鼠的炎症反应,提高肠粘膜的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Tangqi Chengqi Decoction on intestinal mucosal diamine oxidase (DAO) and procalcitonin (PCT) expression in septic rats. Methods: 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Jiawei Weiqi Qiqi Decoction group and western medicine control group, with 10 rats in each group. Except for the blank control group, the other groups were constructed as sepsis Disease model. Modified constipation and qi qi decoction group were fed with flavored qi qi decoction daily decoction, western medicine control group injected with dexamethasone 0.5 mg / kg daily, once a day, blank group and model fed with saline. Serum DAO was detected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay after abdominal aorta blood 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after the experiment, serum PCT was detected by double antibody immunochromatography. Results: The expression of DAO and PCT in model group was significantly higher than that in blank control group at 24h, 48h and 72h, the serum DAO and PCT in treatment group were lower than those in western medicine control group at 24h, 48h and 72h after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Modified flavored Chengqi Decoction can reduce the inflammatory reaction in septic rats and improve the immune function of intestinal mucosa.
