1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢螺栓在航空发动机装配中出现断裂,按现行工艺(1010℃淬火+630℃回火)返淬后在610℃回火,产品合格,但回火温度与GJB 2294—1995规定不符。对比了1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢分别在按GJB 2294—1995规定热处理制度(1010℃淬火+670℃回火)及现行工艺返淬在610℃回火的组织性能及断口形貌。结果表明,两种工艺下组织均为回火索氏体;1010℃淬火+670℃回火试样的硬度较低,为韧性断裂;按现行工艺返淬在610℃回火试样的冲击韧性更靠近标准要求下限值,为脆性断裂。
1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel bolts fracture in the assembly of aeroengine, according to the current technology (1010 ℃ quenching + 630 ℃ tempering) after quenching at 610 ℃ tempering, the product qualified, but the tempering temperature and GJB 2294-1995 regulations do not match. The microstructure and fracture morphology of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel after being tempered at 610 ℃ by quenching at 1010 ℃ and tempering at 670 ℃ according to GJB 2294-1995 were compared respectively. The results show that the microstructure of the two samples is tempered sorbite. The hardness of tempering specimen at 1010 ℃ quenching + 670 ℃ is low, which is ductile fracture. According to the current technology, the impact toughness Closer to the standard lower limit, brittle fracture.
