近年来,心肌触发性活动的研究,尤其有关早期后去极(Early afterdepolarization,EAD)及延时性后去极(Delayed afterdepolarization,DAD)机制的探讨,受到诸多学者的关注,而触发性活动中出现后收缩,仅少数人问津。本文就其形成、特征、机制作一综述。一、后收缩及其产生后收缩(Aftercontrac-tion,AC)指一定条件下,离体心肌标本在正常收缩之后出现的微小而缓慢的振荡性收缩活动(图1)。
