对一台柴油机分配式喷油泵进行了分段喷射的稳定性和可控制性的研究。在预喷射时的工作特性上,将喷射液力过程的影响与电磁阀的影响区分开。通过模拟计算和实验研究,指出了分配泵系统实现稳定预喷射的可能性。其中关键是电磁阀的控制速度和开启截面积。本研究是德国Bosch公司超前开发项目的一个部分,是以德国斯图加特内燃机和动力学院博士论文的形式进行的。
Research on the stability and controllability of a diesel splitter injection pump. In the pre-injection of the operating characteristics, the impact of jet hydraulic process and electromagnetic valve to distinguish the impact. Through the simulation and experimental study, the possibility of a stable pre-injection in the distribution pump system is pointed out. The key is the solenoid valve control speed and open cross-sectional area. This study is part of an advanced development project at Bosch in Germany in the form of a dissertation on the internal combustion engine and power plant of Stuttgart, Germany.
