介绍万安溪工程在枢纽布置、面板堆石坝剖面设计、趾板设计、基础处理、坝体堆石分区和坝料开采及钢筋混凝土面板设计等方面的特点,采用三维有限元对坝体进行应力变形分析。对花岗岩坝料进行现场爆破和碾压试验,研究了掺风化花岗岩粗砂的垫层料的特性。趾板采用UEA补偿收缩混凝土,伸缩缝间距长达30m;对混凝土面板裂缝及防治做了专题研究并成功地应用到施工中去。
This paper introduces the characteristics of Wan Anxi Project in terms of the layout of the hub, the design of face rockfill dam, the design of plinth, the foundation treatment, the partition of rockfill dam, the exploitation of dam material and the design of reinforced concrete panels. The three- Deformation analysis. The blasting and rolling test of granite dams were carried out on site, and the characteristics of bedding materials of grit-rich granite grit were studied. The plinth is made of UEA shrinkage-compensated concrete, and the distance between expansion joints is up to 30m. The cracks and prevention of concrete slab are researched and applied to the construction successfully.
