目的:建立异亚丙基莽草酸有关物质分离的HPLC方法。方法:Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸水(7∶93)为流动相,检测波长220 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:样品中各成分的分离度及检出灵敏度能满足有关物质限度的测定要求。最小检出量为1 ng。结论:本法简便、专属、可用于检测莽草酸的有关物质。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the separation of related substances of isopropylidene shikimic acid. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid (7:93) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 Temperature 30 ℃. Results: The separation of the components in the sample and detection sensitivity can meet the requirements of the determination of the relevant substances. The minimum detectable volume is 1 ng. Conclusion: This method is simple and exclusive, can be used to detect shikimic acid related substances.
