一、概述 拉西瓦水电站位于青海省贵德县境内,它是黄河上游于流龙~青段的第二个梯级电站,也是整个黄河流域中最大的水电站。黄河上游龙~青段由于水力资源丰富、开发条件好,因而技术经济指标优越,一直被誉为是我国水力资源中最有开发价值的“富矿”之一,在龙~青段的十五个规划梯级中,拉西瓦水电站又有几个较其它梯级电站更为突出的优点:其一,利用能量高,它的利用水头、保证出力和多年平均年发电量均占该段十五个梯级电站总和的五分之一左右;其二,淹没损失之小为国内水电站工程所罕见,仅淹没一个自然村(计淹没耕地300亩、迁移人口176人);其三,它紧接龙羊峡水电站,通过龙库247亿立米库容的调节,大大减小了运行期和施工期的洪水流量,大大减小了泥沙对水轮机磨损和水库寿命的影响,并得到了导、截流等的许多便利;其四,初步选定的石门坝址基岩为坚硬、均匀的中、粗粒花岗岩,河谷狭窄、两岸陡峻、山体雄厚,具有修建一个
