目的 :建立新脂康口服液决明子中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法 :应用高效液相色谱法 ,ODS C18色谱柱 ,以甲醇 :0 .0 5 %高氯酸溶液 (73∶2 7)为流动相 ,检测波长为 4 36nm。结果 :大黄素在 0 .6 2 5~ 2 0 μg·ml-1,大黄酚在 1.4 5~ 4 6 .4 μg·ml-1范围内峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系 ,回收率分别为 98.77% (RSD =1.89% )和 97.87% (RSD =1.6 4 % )。结论 :该方法快速、方便、准确 ,可同时测定新脂康口服液中大黄素和大黄酚的含量 ,同时为决明子质量评价提供了可靠的依据。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Semen Cinnamomum. Methods : High performance liquid chromatography was used on ODS C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol : 0.05% perchloric acid solution (73∶2 7). The detection wavelength was 4 36 nm. Results: The emodin ranged from 0.62 to 20 μg·ml-1, and the peak area and concentration of chrysophanol ranged from 1.4 5 to 4 6 .4 μg·ml-1. The recovery rate was 98.77. % (RSD = 1.89%) and 97.87% (RSD = 1.64%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, convenient and accurate. It can simultaneously determine the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Xinzhikang oral liquid, and at the same time provides a reliable basis for quality evaluation of cassia seed.
