本文详细介绍了本课题研究的意义和主要内容,分析了国内外钻杆的钢种成分、性能等指标。通过系统地分析设计出了一种低碳钻杆钢种28CrMo47。在水淬钢种热处理基本特性的基础上,对28CrMo47钢进行了热处理工艺参数的研究,其中包括:回火温度、回火保温时间、淬火温度、淬火保温时间,确定了热处理工艺制度。结果表明,28CrMo47钢各项力学性能指标均超过API标准,可以取代G105和S135级钻杆使用。
This paper introduces the significance and main content of the research in detail, and analyzes the steel composition and properties of the drill pipe at home and abroad. Through the systematic analysis and design of a low-carbon drill steel 28CrMo47. Based on the basic characteristics of heat treatment of water quenched steel, the heat treatment process parameters of 28CrMo47 steel were studied, including tempering temperature, tempering holding time, quenching temperature and quenching holding time, and the heat treatment process system was determined. The results show that the 28CrMo47 steel mechanical properties exceeded the API standards, can replace the G105 and S135 grade drill pipe use.
