子北油田储层属特低孔、低渗、低饱和地层[1],对储层进行压裂是油井投产前必需的措施。目前,该油田主要使用胍胶类压裂液,施工时破胶不彻底,返排困难,严重影响油井产能[2],为解决该问题,本文提出使用自来水+4.0%稠化剂+1%KCl清洁压裂液体系,通过室内实验研究表明,该压裂液体系具有良好携砂性、抗剪切、低伤害的特性,适用于子北采油厂进行压裂施工作业,对提高原油采收率具有重要的意义。
The subei oilfield reservoir is a very low porosity, low permeability and low saturation formation [1]. Fracturing the reservoir is a necessary measure before the well is put into production. At present, guanidine gum fracturing fluid is mainly used in the oilfield. During the construction, gel breaking is not complete and the flowback is difficult, which seriously affects oil well productivity [2]. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes to use tap water + 4.0% thickener + 1% KCl clean fracturing fluid system, laboratory experiments show that the fracturing fluid system has good sand carrying capacity, shear resistance, low damage characteristics for the North Oil Production Plant fracturing operations, to improve the recovery of crude oil Rate is of great significance.
