文化是旅游产品的灵魂,是吸引旅游者的重要因素,各个地区在开发旅游产品时如何加强文化因素的利用一直都是旅游开发中的热点和难点,长春市也不例外。长春市正式建市时间短,历史发展曲折,人文旅游资源相对稀缺,旅游业发展基础薄弱,旅游吸引力相对较弱。为了促进长春市城市旅游的可持续发展,必须深入挖掘长春市可供旅游开发的文化因素,如汽车文化、警示文化、电影文化、会展文化、戏曲文化等,为长春市打造著名的旅游品牌、层次丰富的旅游产品奠定坚实的基础。
