潘生丁是临床上用于冠状动脉扩张和抗血小板凝集的常用药物。近些年来,发现该药有广谱抗病毒和肿瘤的作用,且广泛用于治疗上呼吸道感染。为观察治疗上呼吸道感染的疗效,于1996年8月至1997年3月,我院收治3～10岁上呼吸道感染儿童67例,采用单、双号抽样法,随机分为治疗组34人,对照组33人,两组病人临床表现为体温38～38.6℃者56例,正常11例,全部病例均有轻重不一
