使用经典分子钟分子COX I蛋白质和作者提出的同源生物分子绝对进化速率计算公式,对“寒武纪生物大爆发”期间的一些主要动物门类分歧时间进行了计算。结果表明:原口动物和后口动物分歧时间为5.60亿年前,后口动物中的头索动物、尾索动物、半索动物和棘皮动物的分歧时间分别为5.36亿年前、5.40亿年前、5.48亿年前和5.45亿年前。这些结果与化石记录基本符合,明显好于现有分子钟理论得到的结果。为研究生物起源和演化提供了一种的新的思路和方法。
Using the classical molecular clock molecule COX I protein and the author’s formula for calculating the absolute evolution rate of homologous biomolecules, the divergence times of some major animal species during the “Cambrian Big Bang” have been calculated. The results showed that the divergence time between the protozoan and the retrophor was 560 million years ago. The divergence time of the capoeira, the caudal, the semiovosa and the echinoderm in the posterior animals were 536 million years ago and 540 million years ago, respectively 548 million years ago and 545 million years ago. These results are basically in line with the fossil record, which is obviously better than the results obtained from the existing molecular clock theory. It provides a new idea and method for studying the origin and evolution of organisms.
