利用有限元软件模拟计算了抛丸机护板淬火空冷过程中温度场的变化,计算时考虑了非线性的材料比热容、热导率的影响。结果显示,在空冷过程中护板各部温度分布不同,平板边缘降温速率大于其他部位,在护板不同部位存在温度差。研究结果有助于抛丸机护板热处理工艺的制订及淬火应力的分析。
The finite element software was used to simulate the temperature field during the quench air-cooling process of the shot blasting machine. The influence of the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the nonlinear material was considered. The results show that in the air cooling process, the temperature distribution of each part is different, the cooling rate of the edge of the plate is greater than that of other parts, and the temperature difference exists in different parts of the plate. The results contribute to the development of the heat treatment process of shot blasting machine guard and the analysis of quenching stress.
