太阳能电池作为一种清洁能源,应用越来越广泛,然而其生产废水中囡含有大量F-及酸碱物质,腐蚀性强,治理困难。采用石灰乳+CaCl2+PAC混凝沉淀工艺处理太阳能电池生产废水。工程设计规模为浓含氟废水7m^3/d、稀含氟废水200m。/d、酸碱性废水200m^3/d、含IPA废水1m^3/d,经过3个多月的调试运行,出水中p(COD)≤500mg/L,P(BOD,)≤300mg/L,P(SS)≤400mg/L,pH保持在6~9,P(F^-)≤20mg/L,达到GB8978--1996(污水综合排放标准》三级标准。废水处理工艺紧凑,处理效果好、运行稳定、具有推广价值。“,”As a type of clean energy, the application of solar battery is becoming more and more popular, but the wastewater is difficult to treat because of large quantities of fluoride ion, acid and alkaline matter. The process of coagulating sediment by lime milk + CaCl2 + PAC is adopted to treat solar battery wastewater and the design, performance of this facility is presented. The wastewater include 7 m^3/d thick fluorine wastewater, 200 m^3/d thin fluorine wastewater, 200 m^3/d acid and alkaline wastewater, 1 m^3/d IPA wastewater. After the commissioning operation of more than three months,the effluent COD, BODs, SS, and F- are less than or equal to 500 rag/L,300 mg/L, 400 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively,pH is 6 -9, meeting the third-order of " Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" ( GB 8978--1996). This process has many advantages such as compact treatment process, effective for pollutant removal, and reliable operation. It has a certain popularization value.
