本文认为,学校文化的根本就是组织文化。学校文化的表象是学校中大多数人在组织中表现出来的做事方式和处世态度,其核心是这些做事方式和处世态度的“内隐规矩”和“内隐概念”。学校文化建设过程就是对学校文化的诊断与改造过程。分析教师行为要深入到“内隐规矩”与“内隐概念”层次,还要深入到学校组织文化。进行教师行为的诊断与改造要从学校实际情况出发,从教师司空见惯的行为与现象入手,引导教师反思。
This paper argues that the fundamental of school culture is organizational culture. The appearance of school culture is the way of doing things and the attitudes of the majority of the people in the organization. The core of the school culture is the “implicit rules” and “implicit concepts” of these ways of doing things and their attitudes. School culture is the process of school culture diagnosis and transformation process. Analyze the behavior of teachers should go deep into “implicit rules ” and “implicit concepts ” level, but also go deep into the school organizational culture. The diagnosis and reform of teacher behavior should proceed from the actual situation of the school and start from teachers ’common behaviors and phenomena to guide teachers’ reflection.
