为研究内毒素(ET)和内生致热原(EP)热限的形成机制,观察家兔静脉注射不同剂量ET和EP的发热效应。确定ET及EP的热限剂量后对ET与EP热限的发热水平以及热限加不同致热原负荷时发热水平的变化进行观察比较。实验表明:1.ET热限水平明显高于EP热限水平,提示ET性发热及热限的形成机制与EP性发热及热限形成机制有所不同。2.EP热限加ET负荷使发热高度突破了EP热限,而ET热限加EP负荷则未能使发热高度超过ET热限的水平。表明ET热限包含了EP热限,即EP热限是构成ET热限的重要成因,但不是全部。ET性发热及热限的机制中还有EP以外的因素参与。
In order to study the formation mechanism of endotoxin (ET) and endogenous pyrogen (EP), the fever effects of intravenous injection of ET and EP in rabbits were observed. ET and EP after the determination of the thermal limit dose ET and EP heat limit fever level and heat limit plus pyrogen load changes in the level of fever were observed and compared. Experiments show that: 1.ET thermal limit level was significantly higher than the EP thermal limit level, suggesting that ET-based heating and thermal limiting mechanism of formation and EP fever and thermal limiting mechanism is different. 2.EP heat limit plus ET load to a fever highly exceeded the EP heat limit, and ET heat load plus EP load is not so high fever over ET heat limit level. It shows that the ET heat limit contains the EP heat limit, that is, the EP heat limit is an important cause of ET heat limit, but not all. ET-based fever and heat limit mechanism there are other factors outside the participation.
