组织青少年田径运动员力量训练应注意:(1)组数、练习数量和难度要符合不同年龄组的特点。(2)各练习的地点和条件要相对集中。(3)练习的开始和结束条件应尽可能地简易。(4)在分组竞赛时应注意条件上的均衡。(5)尽可能地组合一些克服自身重量的力量练习。(6)组织要严密,要系统地记录队员完成练习的时间和练习后的脉搏次数。(7)尽可能安排在准备活动后完成适量的其他训练内容以后为宜,不宜安排在做大量跑的练习后。(8)要注意动作质量,每个练习都要提出规格要求。
