随着我国中职教育事业的发展,及有关中职教育政策的逐渐出台,教师专业发展已经成为中职教师的热门话题。中职酒店专业教师作为实用技能的传授者,在其专业发展中仍存在一些问题,本文旨在通过分析目前中职酒店教师专业发展现状中存在的问题,对教师专业发展从学校共同愿景、良好工作环境舒缓压力、骨干教师榜样作用、有效培训机制等方面提出建议。
With the development of secondary vocational education in our country and the gradual introduction of secondary vocational education policy, teacher professional development has become a hot topic for secondary vocational teachers. Professional teachers in vocational schools as the imparting of practical skills, there are still some problems in their professional development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing problems in the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools from the point of view of professional development of teachers from the common vision of the school, Work environment stress relief, role model of key teachers, effective training mechanisms and so on.
