近年来我市中小学课堂教学中开始实施“学进去讲出来教学方式”(简称“学讲方式”),是通过自主学、合作学、质疑学等学习方式,调动学生学习英语的积极性,再通过同伴互助的“做、讲、练、教”方式,用所学的知识帮助同伴解疑释难、解决问题,而教师行为的“退一步”能够落实学生学习的主体地位,调动学生主动、自主学习英语的积极性,提高学生英语课堂教学的参与度,使老师的教和学生的学变得更有成效,更具教育和生活的意义。正如布鲁纳曾说:
