留守儿童作为社会问题,已经受到人们的普遍关注。近年来,由于社会经济发展的不平衡性,很多年轻的农村父母进城打工、经商,以求为自己和家人创造良好的经济条件,而他们的子女则留在家中由祖父辈或者亲戚看管,由此形成了留守儿童现象。调查显示:我国有1.2亿农民常年在城市务工经商,产生了近2000万留守儿童,其中14岁以下占86.5%。这些孩子失去了父母的监护,身心、学习、成长都面临着严重的失管、失教和失衡,主要表现在以下几个方面。
Children left behind as social issues have received widespread public concern. In recent years, due to the imbalance of social and economic development, many young rural parents work in cities and do business in order to create favorable economic conditions for themselves and their families while their children remain at home in the care of grandparents or relatives. This has led to the phenomenon of left-behind children. Surveys show that there are 120 million peasants in our country doing business in urban areas all the year round, resulting in nearly 20 million left-behind children, of whom 86.5% are under 14 years of age. These children have lost their guardianship of their parents. Their physical, mental and psychological problems as well as their growth are faced with serious problems of losing control, losing their education and being imbalanced, mainly in the following aspects.
