目的:研究rasp21、c-erbB-2、c-erbB-3、p53、nm23蛋白与细支气管肺泡癌(BAC)淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化LSAB法检测50例BAC(其中18例伴淋巴结转移)标本。结果:rasP21、c-erbB-2、c-erbB3、P53蛋白在伴或不伴淋巴结转移的BAC中的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但在18例伴淋巴结转移的BAC原发灶内,rasP21、c-erbB-2、c-erbB-3、p53中两种及两种以上同时表达的有4例(22%),而在相应的淋巴结转移灶中则为8例(44%)。nm23/NDPK在BAC中的表达(34/50,78%)高于癌旁肺实质(P<0.01)。在伴淋巴结转移的BAC中nm23/NDPK表达率为56%(10/18),在无淋巴结转移的BAC中为91%(29/32),差别有高度显著性(P<0.01)O结论:肿瘤转移受多种基因及其表达产物的调控。nm23基因的表达不仅与BAC的发生有关,而且在BAC中起到转移抑制基因的作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between rasp21, c-erbB-2, c-erbB-3, p53 and nm23 proteins and lymph node metastasis in bronchioloalveolar carcinoma (BAC). Methods: Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect 50 specimens of BAC (18 of them with lymph node metastasis). RESULTS: The expression of rasP21, c-erbB-2, c-erbB3, P53 protein in BAC with or without lymph node metastasis showed no significant difference (P>0.05). However, in 18 primary BACs with lymph node metastasis, rasP21, c-erbB-2, c-erbB-3, and p53 were expressed in 4 and 22 (22%) at the same time. Of the lymph node metastases, 8 cases (44%). The expression of nm23/NDPK in the BAC (34/50, 78%) was higher than that in the paracarcinoma (P<0.01). The expression of nm23/NDPK was 56% (10/18) in BAC with lymph node metastasis, and 91% (29/32) in BAC without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was highly significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tumor metastasis is regulated by a variety of genes and their expression products. The expression of nm23 gene is not only related to the occurrence of BAC, but also plays a role of metastasis suppressor gene in BAC.
